Game changer

As a 63 year old who is lining up for knee surgery the FoldUp is a game changer. The ability to fold means that the already more forgiving mat is three layers thick where I put my knees. I also have a section of mat that is left over after my puppy chewed my first one that I use to double thickness other areas like hands and wrists. The FoldUp has allowed me to step up my pre surgery strengthening routine.

Light & great quality

Even my boyfriend loves it!

I love this mat!! I use it all the time at work as a women’s health physio. My patients all love the feel of it and ask where it came from. It’s aesthetic, very functional (can be used in many ways due to the ability to fold it in differently) and super easy to store. My boyfriend always steals it to do his own core exercises and stretches too!
