Shipping and Delivery

foldUP is based in Australia. We currently deliver to Australia and New Zealand.

Australian delivery

Standard delivery is A$9.99 for orders under A$149. Orders A$149 and over receive free standard delivery.

We dispatch orders within one business day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand delivery

Delivery costs vary depending on your order and are calculated at checkout. Most smaller orders cost A$40 to deliver.

We dispatch orders within one business day. Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details from Australia Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays or customs processing.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered to New Zealand may attract customs duties, taxes or other import charges. Any charges not collected at checkout are your responsibility.
