The FoldUP Movement Mat was developed around a distinctive folding form designed to make movement, stretching, yoga, Pilates, travel, and everyday exercise more practical. Its compact folding structure, rounded panel arrangement, hinge layout, and overall visual appearance are part of what makes the product recognisably FoldUP.

Registered Design Protection

The design of the FoldUP Movement Mat is protected in Australia by a registered and certified design.

This protection relates to the visual appearance of the product, including the shape, configuration, pattern and overall design features of the mat.

Fold Up Co Pty Ltd is the owner of the intellectual property associated with the FoldUP Movement Mat, including the certified Australian design registration covering the product's distinctive appearance.

We take the protection of our designs seriously. Unauthorised copying, manufacturing, importing, marketing, or selling products that reproduce or substantially imitate the protected design may infringe our rights.

Trade Marks

FoldUP also owns registered trade mark rights associated with the FoldUP brand, including our registered FoldUP word and logo mark.

These trade marks help customers identify genuine FoldUP products and distinguish them from imitations or unrelated products.

Any use of the FoldUP name, logo, branding, product imagery, or confusingly similar branding without permission is not authorised.

Genuine FoldUP Products

Genuine FoldUP products are sold only through FoldUP's official website, authorised retailers, approved wholesale partners, or other channels we have expressly approved.

We know it can sometimes be hard to tell a genuine product from a lookalike. If you're ever unsure whether a product or seller is authorised, you're welcome to contact us before purchasing — we're always happy to confirm.
